Surfboard Repair done in house:   Policy as follows:  Epoxy and Fiberglass. All repairs are CASH due at pick up. We will give you our BEST estimate if a tech is available. If a tech is not working and you leave the board - no calls will be made and board will be repaired  and charged as normal. Pick up is required within two business days of repair completion, we have limited room for storage. You will be called when repair is completed. A good working phone number is required . Please take off your leash and retain it. One week is the normal repair time. If we don't have the parts that are required it will take longer (most parts are in stock here at Hot Wax).  Most repairs do not take a week and will be ready sooner whenever possible. For RUSH REPAIRS ( one day or less) an up charge of $25.00 applies and you must talk to a tech or have a sales clerk contact one to arrange the repair. Boards left at the store over 30 days will be assumed abandoned and will be sold as chum.
